Brush or regret (Bangkok, April 2008 )
I went to see a dentist today. Second time this month. I should go again later on.
How have I been lately? I simply decided to focus on my studies, nothing else!! Gotta pass the exam! AHHH!
It’s Children’s Day in Japan. “Children” though, are not many as they used to be there.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan, this year’s Children’s Day marked the lowest number of children since they started to record it. It’s 17,250,000, 13.5% of the whole population (Please read the AFP story in Japanese: 子どもの数が27年連続で減少、総務省). Read the rest of this entry »

WAR A battle organised for/by the wealthy to gain more profit, by inpoverishing/killing/using the civilians (my definition).
This movie, “Silence de la mer (Silence of the sea),” just confirms it. Why isn’t Bush on the frontline in Iraq? Or his family members? Like the protesters in NYC screamed in the protest in 2003, “Bush says war; he’s gotta go!”

Haha, the title is what my former colleague said to me! “When you are in 20s, ’sex is the thing,’” he told me.
I read a splendid book lately, all about it:

Sushi, apparently cool for many (Bangkok, Nov 2007)
I remember a funny conversation, one of the first days working for an org. I had to discuss with a manager on how to deal with one issue. At the end of conversation, he said, “Is it cool?” I replied, “It’s fine with me.” Unsatisfied of my answer, he looked into my eyes to say:
“It must be COOL, hey, say it’s cool!”
For me it was just so funny. I reluctantly said, “It’s cool.”
Come to think of it, though, things should stay “cool” to be known. I am so happy to know about this year’s May Day (Labour Day) in Japan (Sorry, in Japanese only): とうとう始まったインディー系(独立系)メーデー!
