I hear horrible murder cases happening here in Tokyo. Tragic and scary, and I wonder why I still live here.
Today, too: 7 dead in Tokyo stabbing spree. Why did he do so? He said, “I am tired of the world. Anyone was OK. I came alone.” (from the same news source)
I am not sure of the person this time, but one common thing for many of the latest murders: the criminal is unemployed.
More police officers on the street? More anti-terror policies? Or policies for the unemployed?
I have not gotten any unemployed allowance even if I paid to the government for it. It was SO EASY to pay it (It was automatically deducted from my monthly salary) but I can NEVER have it back. I wanted aid for the education I am getting, but their aid policies have limitations that do not fit my case (It should be a one-year course, etc). How nice. How generous. I guess the country has to do so to join G8, its meeting to be held soon.
